Graphite Rings

Graphite Rings

Graphite rings are made of expanded graphite of high purity, without binder. They resist to temperatures up to 650°C. These rings have a very good chemical inertia and a high thermal conductivity. They contain a corrosion inhibitor which guarantees the integrity of the materials. This passive inhibitor constructs a protective coating between the components of valve and the graphite rings, preventing contact between the two electricity generators materials, and therefore the corrosion.

Graphite rings are sealing rings made of graphite material that are designed to be used in high-temperature and high-pressure environments. They are typically used in applications where traditional elastomeric seals would fail, such as in chemical processing, power generation, and aerospace industries. Graphite rings are known for their excellent thermal conductivity, low friction coefficient, and resistance to most chemicals, making them ideal for use in harsh operating conditions. They can be manufactured in various sizes and shapes to fit different sealing requirements and can be molded or machined to achieve specific tolerances.
